National Convention of the Federation of Business and Professional Women's Associations of Brazil
CONFAM – National Convention of the Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Associations of Brazil – is the main annual event of BPW Brazil, bringing together women entrepreneurs and professionals from different regions of the country and abroad. This meeting aims to promote female empowerment, networking and the exchange of experiences, strengthening the position of women in business and professions.
During CONFAM , lectures, workshops, business rounds and cultural presentations are held, providing an enriching experience for participants. The event also serves as a platform to discuss public policies, leadership and innovation strategies, in addition to celebrating achievements and setting future goals for the organization.
Each year, CONFAM takes place in a different city where there is a BPW headquarters, ensuring the participation of new members and expanding the organization's impact in different regions of Brazil.
CONFAM plays a key role in strengthening the network of businesswomen and professionals, encouraging collaboration, training and visibility of BPW Brazil members. By participating in the convention, members have the opportunity to expand their horizons, establish strategic partnerships and contribute to building a more just and egalitarian society.
