BPW's volunteer work in Brazil and around the world is focused on promoting female empowerment and gender equality. Members are dedicated to developing programs and projects that directly impact communities, such as mentoring, training, awareness campaigns and networking events.
Internationally, BPW has consultative status with the UN, which allows its volunteer work to influence global policies. Actions include the promotion of economic and social rights, professional development, and advocacy for causes such as equal pay and combating gender-based violence.
